About Justina

Justina O'Leary is a qualified and experienced Clinical Hypnotherapist, Psychotherapist and Certified HypnoBirthing® Childbirth Practitioner. She is a founding member of the HypnoBirthing® Advisory Board for the UK .

She is trained in mind/body psychotherapy and is a graduate of the Woolger Training “Deep Memory Therapy” - Psychotherapeutic process of releasing the memory of trauma on all levels and has trained in clinical hypnosis for childbirth (Dr A Zohrabian MD PhD FBSCH and Dr R Peynovska MD MSc MBSCH, Imperial College , London ).

Justina has also studied and trained with the Martin Brofman Institute “Mind Body System of Healing” and is a Graduate of the Anthony Robbins Mastery University (personal development training) and Trainers Academy (USA).

Finally, Justina is also the proud mother of two babies birthed using the HypnoBirthing® techniques and methodologies that she teaches birthing couples in her Windsor , Berkshire based classes.

Justina practices at both The Princess Margaret Hospital in Windsor in addition to her home in Oakley Green, Windsor.
